CONSTRUCTIVE GENOCIDE

Constructive Genocide is a fairly recent phenomenon that was coined by Mimi Olom, Chief of the Mississippian Confederacy of American Nations; for American Indian Aborigines. As a leader, Chief Mimi knew that she must look back at historical events that could have caused their persistent decline. She was able to identify significant patterns that seem to strategically shadow their distinct life course. The Federal Government constructed successive Acts to bring about a type of genocide that was politically generated and socially accepted. She coined the phrase “Constructive Genocide” because this type of genocide could only be attributed to American Indians because they are vanquished by Acts that were never technically or lawfully true.

Chief Mimi recalls waiting at the school crossing with what could have been at least fifty to a hundred so-called colored children. In her day children were abundant. Many couples had anywhere from 3-12 children. Parents and children were considered precious and useful to the community. Children were raised to value meaningful work like helping the elderly with tasks and baby sitting children of working parents.

As an adult with children, Chief Mimi realized a sharp turn in the visible numbers of children who were of school crossing age around the early 1900’s. She became curious in the cause of the decline. She considered that many so-called Black parents had moved into suburban areas whose children were being bused to school. Even so, she found a noticeable decline in numbers when she added them with children in the so-called inner city. This made her think that skullduggery was afoot. She found that she was right.

Chief Mimi considered the political climate of the 1950’s onward; remembering the Federal Governments unlawful Acts to assimilate the “Indian Not Taxed” communities and lands into the long arm of the forum. The Federal Government passed the Racial Integrity Act in 1924, whereas Indians were misnomered into colonial colorism of the races to unlawfully impose their jurisdiction upon them. Wherewith their Children were under Loco Parentis, meaning the Federal government would become the Actors (Fictional character) playing the role of a parent to the living and their offspring. The children were unlawfully subjected to compulsory indoctrination, a school-to-prison pipeline system where ill-conceived policies and practices push students out of public schools and into the criminal justice systems. The Federal government associated their offspring with witchcraft soundbites such as “at risk” and underserved. Along with many other Acts and ill-conceived policies, the federal government passed the Indian Civil Rights Act but realized that pairing “Indians” with the word “Civil” was noticeably unlawful ( a great example of Acts that were never technically or lawfully true). They soon changed it to the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The above paragraphs explain the term “Constructive Genocide” in application. Although we rest assured that our reader and visitors to our site were taught in school that “constructive” is an adjective, associated with encouraging development, physical or otherwise. Therefore, it is highly likely you (the reader)will comprehend that when  “constructive” precedes a noun it is describing the noun, essentially telling you “what kind” by providing additional information about it. For example, “constructive eviction”–describes the type of eviction; “constructive criticism”–the type of criticism; and “constructive fraud”–describes the type of fraud. So, of course “Constructive Genocide”–describes the type of genocide.
